Regular Training
TWERAMMPON TRADITIONALS is housed at Cape Coast Castle, and every weekday afternoon at 4 p.m. they rehearse and build their skills in the yard of the castle. Spectators are welcome and participants in workshops and courses are encouraged to test their skills.
